By using Cyprus Bus Tracker ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Service Description

Cyprus Bus Tracker provides real-time bus tracking information for public transport in Cyprus. The service includes:

  • Live bus location tracking
  • Route and stop information
  • Trip planning
  • Favorite routes and stops

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Bus location and schedule data is provided by third-party sources (GTFS feeds from Cyprus transport operators). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

You should always:

  • Arrive at stops early
  • Check official sources for schedules
  • Not rely solely on this app for time-critical travel

4. Free Service

This app is provided free of charge. We may display a donation button, but there is no obligation to pay. The app's functionality is not restricted based on donations.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers
  • Scrape or bulk download data from the app
  • Use the app for any illegal purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code (it's open source anyway!)

6. Intellectual Property

The Cyprus Bus Tracker source code is available under the MIT License. You are free to fork, modify, and distribute it according to that license.

Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and is subject to the Open Database License (ODbL).

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
  • We are not responsible for missed buses, late arrivals, or travel disruptions
  • We are not affiliated with any bus operator in Cyprus

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the app running 24/7, but we do not guarantee uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
